Q1. How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our categories (Cakes, Flowers, Gifts, Hampers, etc.), select a product, choose the delivery date/time, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online.

Q2. Can I customize my gift?
A: Yes! We offer personalized options for mugs, cushions, photo frames, and more. Look for “Customize This” on the product page.

Q3. Do you provide gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
A: Absolutely. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we offer elegant gift wrapping on request.

Q4. Are the flowers and cakes fresh?
A: 100%. All our flowers are handpicked on the day of delivery, and cakes are freshly baked by our partner bakeries just before dispatch.


Delivery Information

Q5. Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver across Delhi NCR, including Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.

Q6. Do you offer same-day or midnight delivery?
A: Yes! Place your order before 3PM for same-day delivery. Midnight deliveries are available for select items and areas with a nominal extra charge.

Q7. What happens if the recipient is not available?
A: We’ll try to reach them by phone. If still unavailable, we may reschedule delivery or leave it with a neighbor (with your permission).

Q8. Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


Payments & Security

Q9. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.).

Q10. Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are processed via encrypted and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment data.


Cancellations & Refunds

Q11. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel or modify an order at least 4 hours before the delivery slot by contacting our support team. Customized or perishable items (like cakes and flowers) may not be eligible.

Q12. What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are issued for:

  • Damaged or wrong products

  • Missed or failed deliveries (due to our error)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
