Q4. Are the flowers and cakes fresh? A: 100%. All our flowers are handpicked on the day of delivery, and cakes are freshly baked by our partner bakeries just before dispatch.

Q5. Where do you deliver? A: We deliver across Delhi NCR, including Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
Q6. Do you offer same-day or midnight delivery? A: Yes! Place your order before 3PM for same-day delivery. Midnight deliveries are available for select items and areas with a nominal extra charge.
Q7. What happens if the recipient is not available? A: We’ll try to reach them by phone. If still unavailable, we may reschedule delivery or leave it with a neighbor (with your permission).
